The English Proficiency and Call Center Training course is aimed to help those who would want to enter the Call Center industry and need a bit more preparation and polishing before they can get hired. We have streamlined our training to include all essential aspects of the application process. Our trainers are TESDA certified and are following TESDA regulations for Contact Centers. After completing the course, employment assistance is also given to the graduates by endorsing them to our partner clients.
The Medical Transcription training system of AITC combines the best in U.S. training programs mixed with local medical transcription service company requirements to complement the strengths and weaknesses of the Filipino youth. The goal of the program is to produce an employable medical transcriptionist who meets and exceeds local and foreign industry standards supervised and trained by TESDA certified medical lecturers and mentors as well as National Certification Level II Assessors.
